Karen provided emotional support in a very trying time. My parents had to move to an assisted living home. Karen helped our family by going above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. She helped find contractors to fix the various problems of the home. Her staging was amazing and she always took my concerns and found answers. She found ways around the various obstacles and was truly amazing.

I would recommend Karen to everyone wanting a fantastic, honest & sincere realtor who really cares for her clients. She listed our home in La Porte and it had an offer over asking price within 3 days after listing and closed and funded in less than a month. She made the process so easy for us (we had never sold a home before this) and communicated all along the way as she explained things very well and what would take place thru the process. My family’s experience with Karen Sherrill was amazing. We began looking for a home in Santa Fe and found THE ONE . It had multiple offers but what sold the sellers to pick our offer is what Karen had included a detailed letter about our family and how much we loved the home . Then years after helping us buy our home she helped me sale my grandma’s house and once again she listen to my needs/wants I wanted my childhood home to go to someone that would love it as much as my family did and she found the perfect family .
