She listed it on HAR and was at the property address putting her sign in the yard when someone schedule a viewing. This property was sold day ONE at full price. Closing went smoothly and was completed in 30 days. This is the second property that I’ve used Karen Pichotta as the realtor and Five Stars is not high enough for her. She is simply amazing!”
