Joshua is exceedingly talented, personable, technologically apt, and most importantly, devoted to his clients. He was amazing at researching real estate databases to quickly find a couple of acres in a beautiful, highly sought area under asking price. He dealt and negotiated with a very difficult seller. Fifty-one weeks later I decided to sell said acres to move to another location in town. One of the conditions from my contingent sale was to mow the grass right before closing. My landscaper’s equipment failed at the most in-opportune time leaving a quarter of the field un-mowed. Due to weather, no other available landscapers were willing to mow. Joshua bought lawn equipment and mowed the remaining part of the acres himself under the pouring rain and upcoming thunderstorm. I was in awe to his commitment to me and to the buyer.
