“Josh is an awesome realtor! The experience with him we had was great, he was very motivated and did everything in his power to sell our house at a fair price for what it was worth. Our house was not in the best shape but we got what we wanted from it. One of our favorite things about him was he was always there every step of the way and anytime we wanted an update on the sale of our house, he literally answered almost every time. He was motivated, positive and professional. He cared about us and wouldn't let anyone to take advantage of us. At the end of it all, the wait was worth it and we got what we wanted. Currently, we are in the process of buying a new home. Before we found what we wanted he helped us pick it out by looking at the pros and cons, so that we aren't stuck with something that sucks. Price didn't matter whether it was more or less. After picking it out, we got this mortgage set up. It's quite nerve wracking but he is on our side and is helping us out with understanding the process as well as getting things done to satisfy the conditions of this loan.
