We have worked with a few different agents over the years, and Jonathan is by far the best one! His communication is timely but also always thorough. He knew the market well, and helped us make some choices about the house we were selling that ultimately saved us a lot of money. Even though we were not first time homebuyers, we had so much more clarity about the entire process and what to expect because of him. Jonathan truly cares about his clients and making sure their families are taken care of, and I am happy to recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area.

We needed the expertise of a realtor and Jonathan Brubaker was the one we called. He was more than willing to answer our zillion and one questions. He was so incredibly helpful, kind, professional, and went out of his way to get us the answers and solutions we needed. When we go to buy or sell a property, Jon is the agent we will be hiring, no doubt about it.
