My wife and I recently put earnest money on a house in Willis, TX and needed to sell one in Conroe, pretty quickly. The builder we bought from recommended using a real-estate firm. The company they recommended was The Franklin Group. We discovered this to be a very professional and courteous group. They have the system of selling a house down to a fine art. This being the seventh home my wife and I bought in 45 years of marriage, we thought we knew how to buy and sell houses; To our pleasant surprise, following the method that The Franklin Group tailored for us and our needs to move our sales rapidly was a pleasure. My husband and I were incredibly blessed to have worked with Todd Geiger from The Franklin Team. He takes immense pride in his work and his enthusiasm during our house tours really shined through. Since we would be first-time homeowners, we really appreciate Todd's thoughtful feedback on the properties we viewed.
