Jill is a phenomenal realtor! She was truly a God-send for our family. She is extremely knowledgeable, honest, respectful, amicable, patient, and truly a wonderful human. She is an expert at her craft and knows the market and the area inside and out. My family relocated from out of state and Jill made every step of remote home buying smooth. The third time was really the charm when selecting a realtor, as we worked with two others prior to finding the professionalism and expertise that we were looking for. I would recommend Jill to everyone looking to buy a home in the Spring or Conroe area. Her dedication to her clients is unmatched. She provided us with great resources and guided us to the perfect fit house. We went through a few small hiccups along the home buying process and Jill was calm and kind throughout. She helped walk us through the process of purchasing a new construction home and made our transition to Texas seamless!

If you're looking for a fantastic realtor, stop researching and give Jill Wente a call. She is truly the BEST realtor in Spring, Texas and beyond! I was in a unique situation with a special challenge for Jill - sell my house ASAP and note that I would be out of the country just weeks after our first call. Without writing a novel of my whole experience, allow me to share a list of everything she did that made my whole experience an absolute breeze: 1. Her initial review of the house was fit for purpose - focused on feedback for what truly needed fixing. Her perspective was focused on ROI - if you can't get something back for it, don't spend the money to fix it. 2. Her efficiency and follow through is impressive - she effectively leads you through the process of selling your home without overwhelming you (which was particularly helpful for this first time home seller) 3. One of her towering strengths is her ability to market your home. She and her professional photographer spent half a day taking incredible pictures of my home, and within days she had a fantastic video marketing the house, a website listing with beautiful photos and thoughtful write up, and then frequent updates on how the house was being viewed on social media platforms. 4. She keeps close tabs on all visitors to your home and assesses their likelihood of being a serious buyer - her approach and style are also so welcoming that I trusted her ability to "court" buyers in a thoughtful way. 5. While I was out of country, she helped winter proof my sprinkler system and also helped manage through a power outage (even personally meeting with an electrician sent out to resolve the issue). This was truly above and beyond support! 6. During the negotiation process, she proactively advocated for me, successfully negotiating to get me more than I was asking for. 7. Once I had officially moved out of the country, she competently continued to support the whole sale process, giving me updates as needed and managing all details through closing while I was on the other side of the world. I first called Jill just days before Thanksgiving and by early February my house was already under contract with us closing February 29. My entire experience start to finish was as easy as selling a house could be and I will forever be grateful to her for making what could have been a highly stressful event - into a very smooth transaction. Not only do I trust her expertise, commitment, and work ethic, but I was thankful for her approach of being a periodic therapist to reassure me everything was going to be okay. In summary - call Jill now, you'll be in great hands.

Jill was an absolute joy to work with. She helped us to sell my mom’s home in the Dell Webb community. She understood and marketed the unique features of the home that attracted my mom to it. She had excellent commmunication skills which helped make an emotionally difficult process much easier. My sisters and I are forever grateful and highly recommend to everyone her excellent service.
