I initially came across Jhanvi Rawal Thakar via a realtor advertisement board. After a brief conversation and chat with her, I was convinced to engage her services as our agent. We needed to lease an office condo, and Jhanvi proved to be exceptionally professional, composed, and knowledgeable about the real estate industry. Jhanvi was not only professional and knowledgeable but also extremely attentive to our specific needs. Right from the beginning, she dedicated time to understand our requirements and provided us with a variety of options. Her deep understanding of the local market and impressive negotiation skills were crucial in securing the best possible deal for us. Throughout the leasing process, Jhanvi was always available to answer our questions and provide expert advice, turning what could have been a stressful experience into a remarkably smooth one. Working with Jhanvi also provided us valuable insights into the real estate market, which is as fluctuating as the ocean waves. Despite the ups and downs, Jhanvi maintained her composure and continually offered sound advice, helping us make right decisions.

We retained Jhanvi to help us find an investment property to complete our 1031 Exchange. Given it’s a 1031 Exchange we had a tight timeline. We wanted to make sure that our urgency to find properties does not compromise the quality of our investment. It was great to have Jhanvi on our team to identify and evaluate opportunities! She first helped us shortlist a few towns in the Houston Metro area that have the best indicators for growth. Then she provided us with a list of properties that met our acquisition criteria and her due diligence screening metrics. Then we visited properties and shortlisted a few that made the most sense. Once we identified the property we were most interested in buying she counseled us on a fair price for that property. Once we agreed on a price she guided us until the escrow closed and we took possession of the property. She is now helping us figure out the next steps after our acquisition. We appreciated three things most about Jhanvi and our experience with her: 1. She truly understands the Houston Area real estate market and took an investor’s perspective to guiding us. 2. She is organized, methodical and prompt with her follow up. That helped us achieve our objectives within a tight timeline while not feeling rushed. 3. She was flexible, put our interest as her main focus and was super easy to work with! We highly recommend anyone considering real estate investments to start with Jhanvi. And, we are pretty sure that your search will also end with her!

“Jhanvi was awesome and made this process a breeze. She stayed on top of things and had a lot of helpful suggestions to optimise the rental process. When we first began looking for places in Houston, it was a nightmare. Constantly getting lead down rabbit holes just to find out that the house was already occupied. When we were introduced to Jhanvi however, she came off with a different approach to our situation. She understood our situation as she has had the same problem with previous clients. She was not only consistent in helping us find the perfect house, but she never once gave up on us. I recommend her to anyone who wants a comfortable transition with someone who is personable like she was with us. Thanks again Jhanvi!

Jhanvi was our realtor for the purchase of our new home. She was the most patient and wonderful agent we could have asked for. She was always one step ahead as she guided us through the entire process, listening and taking our requests into account. She made us feel like family and we knew we could trust her to have our best interest in mind each step of the way. We are thrilled with our home all made possible by her hard work!
