As a real estate attorney law, I frequently work with real estate agents/brokers and their clients on a myriad of legal issues that may come up in a transaction. Jessica is one of those agents I've had the pleasure of working with a few times on separate matters and I can say I've seen enough to know she is one of the better agents out there. As an attorney, it is difficult sometimes communicating with the agent and the client, but I NEVER have any of those issues with Jessica. She is on top of everything and is very communicative and follows up to make sure certain items/answers are received so I can do my job. Beyond myself, I've seen how she works with her clients and I know they're in good hands. She understood what I wanted and delivered more than I was hoping for. Buying a new construction house was something I hadn't even thought was possible but Jessica made it happen!
