We Highly recommend Jennifer Yoingco if you want to buy a property. She will walk you through the entire process at ease. She answered question any time of the day, doesn't leave you worried, even you ask her a bunch of question the whole day, she is willing to answer it and find out for you. We are so happy she is our Realtor because she help us the entire process, guide us with kindness 👍

We recently had the pleasure of working with Jennifer Yoingco to buy our first house. We were anxious when we first made the decision to purchase a home but when we started working with her, she put our anxieties to rest. She always made herself available and explained the process to us step by step. She is a very competent realtor and has profound knowledge of the housing market in the greater Houston area. Her professionalism and endless patience made our experience a very pleasant one. She goes beyond being a realtor and makes sure that we had the other resources that we needed even after buying. All throughout our home buying process, she has been truly amazing. We are forever grateful that she was there to help us through this journey.

My wife, Susan, and I are blown away by our realtor, Jennifer Yoingco. She exceeded our expectations beyond our imagination. She not only hit the ball out of the park, she made it circle Earth! We have worked with and observed other realtors; no one can compare to her! To put our adulation in context, she undertook things that other realtors will probably not have done for us. She helped us overcome a good number of challenges. Among her traits: - Trustworthy - Proactive - Prudent - Considerate - Patient - Resourceful - Efficient - Effective - Hard working - Clear communicator - Has many reliable contacts in the service and finance industries We have heard of realtors who think of what's good for the realtor, not the customer. She truly cares for her customers. Whether you are a buyer or seller, your interests are her first priority. We know this because, as the seller, she was our realtor. Through a relative, we found a buyer, and recommended that the buyer also use Jennifer's services. We saw how she treated both of us fairly and ensured a win-win negotiation. Both sides got what each wanted! She practically orchestrated everything from end to end. She coordinated between buyer and seller, helped obtain a great lender, and even assisted with getting a roofer to replace the roof through the insurance company. The biggest deal was, we are residents of Virginia who were selling our Texas property! Except through Zoom, we never met Jennifer in person. This says a lot about her trustworthiness and competence. If you do your part as we did - that is, act responsibly - everything will turn out nicely!

It is our first time buying a house and Jennifer Yoingco has been very helpful. She is easy to work with and answers all the questions you wanted to know which makes it less stressful when buying a house. She always follows up with the sales counselors and the loan officers. She also reminds us of the things we need to do/fill up and explains it to us very well. Another thing I like about her is she is also like a friend you can talk to and she gives very good advise that you might consider when you're looking for a house! Overall I would definitely recommend her.

I would like to commend our realtor, Ms. Jennifer Yoingco for her help in buying our dream home. Buying a house is a complex process, her negotiation skills and attention to details made the process easier. She's always ready to assist and diligently communicates professionally. It maybe stressful at times but our process was very smooth because we were blessed to be working with the right people. The least I can do is to write a very good review as a Thank you, we have now a home away from home.❤️
