I highly recommend Jennifer as a realtor! This was my first time going through the home buying process. I had done a little research on the things that I would end up facing but nothing prepared me for the speed at which you must learn about things and make quick decisions.

Jennifer was extremely helpful through every step of the process going above and beyond with explanations and pointed me to resources for more information if I wanted to learn more. She also made herself extremely available. Houses in this market move very fast and Jennifer adjusted her schedule often for us to see houses on short notice even just a a few hours before. She sent us house listings in areas we liked based on search criteria we discussed as well as scheduled showings for houses that we found on our own. She was able to adapt her search based on how our priorities evolved.

Her team is also a great resource and has specialists in most neighborhoods that she was able to leverage for insight on flooding history, typical home inspection findings for the area, valuations, market trends, etc. When it came to preparing offers and setting contract terms, I felt that they were very experienced and knew what they were doing.

I also felt very included in the process and when I asked what something in an agreement meant, the team was able to clearly explain it to me and tell me why it was necessary or not necessary and what was typical.

I felt that I was in very good hands.

For me, the most stressful part of the home buying process was getting inspections and estimates from contractors in an very short option period. Jennifer made this easy for me by providing lists of companies she had worked with or knew of which helped me to schedule everything I needed.

Negotiations are also a big part of buying a house. Jennifer helped me to prioritize what was important to me and to make effective counter offers.

She kept me informed of every development along the way. I never felt like I was in the dark.
There were no hiccups in the paperwork. She made sure that the title company and lender had everything they needed and informed me how everything was progressing.
