Jay help me find the perfect home while I was living out of state. He found several homes within my price range that were up to my standards and didn’t show me anything above that. He paid attention to my needs and wants in a home and delivered exactly that. He also advocated for me at all times with the seller, and I felt well represented. Jsy is very friendly, welcoming, funny, and most importantly, professional. He tackled all issues for me and made me feel like he was in my corner at all times. He is a great realtor.

Jay is a great Relator got the job done and with ease.. was fun house hunting and comfortable! As if I knew him for years and years! Most important I love my home and grateful for his help!

Jay was recommended by someone I trust and I quickly realized why. Not only was he professional, but he was always available for any questions I might have with my 1st house purchase. His knowledge of all the ins and outs of real estate helped him find me the perfect property with everything i had been looking for. He has a network in place that honestly made the whole experience painless and before I knew it, I had the keys to my house without having to sweat about the details. 10/10 would recommend!

Jay is a true professional and mentor in real estate. While already established through different markets, he keeps his real estate knowledge current of trends and is more than willing to help his clients; and other realtors. I would highly reccomend him.

Shout out to Jay for helping us get into our first home. New to the entire process he explained everything he could and got us in right in time for our growing family. Great realtor, not pushy, and always on your side. Plenty of patience to look at houses.
