Janna is who you want on your side when selling your home! We live out of town and needed to sell our home, Janna took care of every detail possible to get it prepared to be listed. Once listed her tactics and strategies got us over 6 offers in 2 days! Janna was able to explain the break down of every offer and help us negotiate every step of the way. This led to getting us the best offer possible and the deal sealed in this crazy market! Janna provided guidance, extreme responsiveness and market knowledge throughout the process. Janna’s real estate knowledge allowed us to make important decisions without any regrets! She was patient, kind, understanding and made the process less stressful. I would refer her to anyone in Texas!

I would 100% recommend Janna Westerbeck as a Relator!! She is very patient and no matter what the house or houses look like she is always going to give you her honest opinion on it. She will go above and beyond for her clients!! She makes it easy for you on any house that you look at. From putting a bid on a home to saying the right thing to get you the bid, to closing on your dream home and getting your keys to your new home. She can answer any questions you may have and in detail if needed! I really enjoyed working with Janna!

I have worked with a handful of realtors in the past, but Janna was by far one of the most knowledgeable and insightful I have had the pleasure of working with. She helped with our loan process and inspection. She was at every meeting asking questions that I forgot in all the hecticness. From start to finish, she led us throughout the whole process. I cannot give her enough praise. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does and loves helping people. My husband and I have already recommended her to family members that might be in the market to sell. In my opinion, look no further, she is awesome, and you won’t be disappointed!
