Janice was our biggest supporter, best friend (and agent) when buying our second home. The woodlands/north Conroe is continually growing and she made the process so much fun, even after delaying and backing out of the first house we (thought) we wanted, she was so gracious and kind to us throughout the whole thing! Search no further. We recently worked with Janice as she was our realtor for our home purchase. Her professionalism, drive, and overall work ethic go beyond 110%. She made herself available during holidays, and on short notice. She came with great knowledge and was able to connect with us, understanding our needs and wants while finding our perfect home within weeks! Janice is an exceptional realtor. Being immigrants there are certain a things that need to be taken into consideration when selling a house. From day one she was was motivated and hard working to sell our home. She is very knowledgeable about what needed to be done for us. She was hands on when it came to staging, showings to final closing paperwork. Janice was so professional and personable. We were moving from out of state, which was very stressful, but she was communicative and helpful every step of the way. She drove all over showing us homes via FaceTime, taking pictures, or taking time to create videos for us so we could find our home from afar. She was present for every little step of the building and buying process, even once we had moved and she didn’t have to be. She’s the perfect blend of being knowledgeable, responsive, honest, and kind. We are so thankful she was recommended to us and would highly recommend her as well!
