James helped lease a property

James treated me like I was his priority. As many times as I emailed, called and texted, he answered EVERY SINGLE ONE right away and gave me updates as soon as he got them, thoroughly explained every step from beginning to end and answered every questions/concerns I had (which was PLENTY). I had a lot of trouble finding a rental property that would accept my 3 dogs, after numerous attempts of reaching out to MANY different realtors myself, I had no luck. By the time I contacted James, I had about a 2 week deadline to find a new home, miraculously he found me a beautiful property within 2 days. I cannot brag enough how he has lifted a huge weight off my shoulders. I highly recommend using James as your Real Estate Agent, he will guarantee a stress free transaction and work harder than you to find your perfect home. You won't find another realtor that is as compassionate, understanding, hard-working, and thorough as him!
