She was open and honest about the (many) positives of the property and without prompting brought up the little things that needed repairs + the status of the repairs and contingency plans. As a medical professional looking to buy from our of town, her respect of my time limitations was very much appreciated. It was a breath of fresh air to have someone so open and honest about a property. It felt much less like a game or a gamble than some of the other experiences in this market.
