Sarah graduated from the University of Houston and started her career as an Early Childhood school teacher. She has taught in several areas of Houston including West University, Eastgate, and Meyerland. After a few years, Sarah chose to pursue a different type of public service. She enjoys helping others work towards their dream of owning a home by giving them the necessary tools and guidance to achieve success. She has lived in Houston for 10 years and has a lot of love for the city. Erin represents buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords in real estate transactions throughout the Houston area, concentrating on West University, Southampton, Bellaire, Braeswood, Upper Kirby, Montrose and the Heights.

After growing up in the Clear Lake/Friendswood area, Erin moved inside the 610 Loop to attend law school at the University of Houston, and has lived in several Inner Loop neighborhoods for more than 25 years. From both her personal and professional experience, Erin is familiar with many of the city's neighborhoods.

Raised in a real estate family in Houston, Texas, Natalie Murgia graduated from the University of Texas in Austin. She pursued a career in real estate and holds her clients' hands throughout the transaction. They have described her as an extended family member who listens to their vision and invests in them. Her clients benefit from her services even after the sale and at end of the transaction is when she hopes their friendship begins.

When interviewing a realtor, know what their work style is. What's mine? I am a 'facilitator'. Well, what does that mean?

Facilitators monitor, nurture, and manage environments in order to have their agendas fulfilled. I am hands-on and physically engage in my environment in order to achieve my agenda. I have a natural ability to work hard and smart. I have the ability to physically execute a task, or to create an environment, or facilitate a system to accomplish the task for you.

My motto is, "When the going gets tough, the tough get going, and when the going gets tougher, the tough work harder". My solution in nearly every situation is to work harder, and yet I also have the ability to work smart.

I am not a traditional salesperson. I am not easily forced, coerced or manipulated, and I will not do this to other people. In fact, this is deeply offensive to me. On the contrary, I work hard to create an environment for others to make their own decisions. I will counsel, advise or give input only
if invited.

Patricia volunteers with animal rescue programs to advocate and care for homeless dogs and cats, and she personally conducts a pet food drive each spring to collect needed supplies for the animals. Following her love of nature, Patricia also volunteers with the Houston Audubon Society.

Realtor® Christopher O'Docharty, who graduated from Kingwood High School and the University of Texas with a bachelor's degree in Advertising, has a deep love for his community. O'Docharty has much to offer to his clients with his knowledge of advertising and outreach. With an extensive background in advertising from a career that spanned over 15 years working with the Houston Chronicle in their advertising department, O'Docharty then moved onto operating a printing and direct marketing company working with customers from retail to real estate and even non-profits. His primary focus is town homes and residential resale with the goal to assist clients in finding their perfect space. "I chose to work in real estate as a way to truly help people find their dream home. I felt Greenwood King, with their values and family environment, were a great fit for me. It is great they are a private company and are a big part of the Houston real estate scene. In addition, I have had family in the industry for decades," he said. He also appreciates the diversity of Houston and looks forward to meeting new clients. "I have family from all over the world and speak /understand a modest amount of Spanish," he said. "I grew up in Venezuela until the age of five. I have spent most of my life in the Houston area from Kingwood, The Heights, Friendswood and Braeswood for over 35 years. I spent time growing up visiting family in Spain and England which helped shape my appreciation for different cultures, food, and lifestyles." As a father of two children, he enjoys professional sports, live music, concerts, area museums as well as keeping tabs on his alma mater with UT football and basketball.
