Clayton Morgan is a native Texan who grew up in a small North Texas town near Wichita Falls. Being part of a large family provided for plenty of diversity and "training" for the vast array of clients that Realtors meet every day. Clayton earned a bachelor's degree in Finance, which transitioned into a successful banking/mortgage career that would ultimately evolve into a more fun and creative livelihood ... selling real estate.
Moving to Houston in 1993, Clayton made it his mission to learn as much as possible about many of the local communities and neighborhoods. From the eclectic mix of Inner Loop and Heights homes, to the master-planned areas of Sugar Land, Spring, Cypress, Baytown and Tomball, he has traversed Houston without hesitation; providing the professionalism and knowledge expected of a Texas Realtor.
Clayton joined the Boulevard Realty team in 2007 after a 22-year stint in banking and mortgage lending. Along with his expertise in mortgage lending, documentation, loan servicing, compliance, and the closing and funding process, he offers substantial experience in home staging, re-design, and "recycling" old or outdated properties. These qualities, along with Clayton's patience, determination and persistence, are priceless to sellers!
Music has been a very influential part of Clayton's life as well. He spent over 15 years sharing through music as pianist at his hometown church and another six years here locally at a large church in Northwest Houston. Of course, family is a priority for Clayton. For the past 10 years he has resided in the Heights. His family life includes a wonderful companion and their two outstanding Welsh Terriers, Baxter and Kirby.

Jo Ann Holba admits, “I love Bellville and Austin County as much today as the first day I moved here in 1974.” It’s no wonder she has grown to become a multi-million dollar producer: she can’t resist showing off the rolling hills, spring wildflowers, and small town charm that she loves so much. As Co-founder/Principal of Village Properties, Mary McBeth offers an impressive resume to clients as a licensed Realtor, a Certified Negotiation Expert, and a Certified Public Accountant. She gained invaluable knowledge as both an accountant for real estate developers and a Forensic Accountant for the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).
Mary has lived and worked both inside the Loop and Memorial. Passionate about preserving the historic nature of these iconic locales, she has lived in and restored numerous vintage homes.
