Mr. Nicholas is young; however he is highly educated and experienced in his profession. He is currently attending Texas Southern University as a Frederick Douglas Scholar and will graduate in December of 2008 with honors, Also he is a member of Houston Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, and Houston Young Realtors Association just to name a few.
