Tammy’s abilities in residential real estate began in 1983. She has been involved in the administrative, management & sale of real estate including being the Inventory Manager for the largest third party relocation company in the world. Family transfers with AT&T have given her personal experience in relocating to various cities and states. She understands the challenges that can occur from listing & buying a home. In November 2012 she completed training at Coldwell Banker United, Realtors Success Center. This included intensive training in Marketing Homes, Contracts and working with Buyers, just to name a few. Expanding her career she joined The Jill Smith Team @ Coldwell Banker in April, 2012. The Jill Smith Team moved to Better Homes & Gardens Gary Greene Realtors in March, 2014. Continuing Education is very important to her. Tammy holds a Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE) designation, an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) designation as well as a Certified New Construction Specialist (CNCS) designation. She is constantly involved in classes to improve her knowledge of the Real Estate industry. Having grown up in the Cy-Fair ISD herself, she is now enjoying being involved as a volunteer on many levels with her own children attending the very same school district! Tammy’s hobbies include playing volleyball, gardening, water sports, group fitness classes, traveling and being involved with academics, cheerleading and football with her 2 children. Growing up the granddaughter of a builder, real estate was a natural next step for Monica after she retired from a successful career as an appellate attorney. Monica graduated cum laude from Dedman College of Law (Southern Methodist University) where she was inducted into the Order of the Coif, named a Hutchison Fellow (full merit scholarship), and was an editor of the SMU Law Review. She received her BA magna cum laude in Chinese History and Political Science from Colorado College and studied Mandarin Chinese as a PICAS Fellow at the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor.
In her spare time, Monica likes spending time with her family and three fur babies. She enjoys Sudoku, Vinyasa Yoga, and attending performances of the Houston Grand Opera. Monica believes in serving her community and actively donates to Houston PetSet and various performing arts organizations.
Barbarette Twiggs has a Lifetime Certification in education as a program coordinator and teacher of 20+ years specializing in Special Education, Language Arts, and Spanish, with a Master in Counseling. She is a Seasoned Veteran with 21/2 decades of experience in the Real Estate and Mortgage Industries. She has been a multi-million dollar producer throughout her real estate career.
