Marcus Zepeda, Broker and Owner, of Home Topic Realty has lived in Houston nearly all of his life. Moving here at a very young age in 1987, he attended elementary through high school in Cy-Fair ISD. After graduating from Cy-Fair High School in 2001, Marcus stayed true to his Houston roots and enrolled in college at the University of Houston.
