Born and raised in Houston and grew up and went to school in the East End District. My grandfathers & dad worked for the Port of Houston. My aunt worked for the City of Houston helping the Latino community understand their healthcare. I did not complete my degree and become an Architect. I stayed close to what I loved to do and it involved Homes & Property. I assisted in the building of our first home and our 2nd home. Ground up. I learned what it takes to construct a home. The ups & downs. I moved to Brazoria County in the 1980's and fell in love with country living. I obtained my Real Estate license in 2006. My specialization is in land & lot sales. I enjoy locating land and matching it with my client. Over the past 17 years I have built a funnel of clients. In sales you call that list, Prospects, I call it my extended family. It is my job to keep everyone of them updated with new listings that might interest them or become a referral. My concentration area is Brazoria & Fort Bend County. I speak Spanish.
