From an early age Jaime understood the importance of home - what it means to individuals, to families, and to communities. Jaime is a 10th generation, native Houstonian who traces her family's roots in the Katy area back before the Civil War. She grew up in the town largely built by her family. The Bakers moved to the area in the 1840s and established a successful general contracting business. Each succeeding generation has added to the legacy, most recently Jaime's father, a highly respected remodeling specialist for more than 40 years. Jaime absorbed lessons about great design from her father and instinctively knew that her life's mission would be to guide others in finding their perfect home. Her family is prominently featured in the January 2016 Legacy Families edition of the Katy Magazine, and again in the 2018 Katy Magazine article titled Cornerstone Legacy Families of Katy, Texas.
Despite her youthful appearance, Jaime brings an unusual depth of knowledge to her profession. She earned her real estate salesman's license (and sold her first home) while a full-time student at Texas State University, where she also participated in the Delta Zeta sorority, graduated with honors, and received a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with emphasis on Mass Communications, Business Administration, and Consumer Science. She parlayed her skills into a job locating homes and apartments for clients in the San Marcos, New Braunfels, Kyle, and Austin areas. After graduation Jaime transitioned to luxury new construction home sales in Houston, gaining valuable firsthand experience with new home design and construction.
My knowledge of real estate sales and home construction provides my clients with a powerful advantage, Jaime says. I can suggest basic changes and improvements to maximize the appeal and value of my client's properties and offer guidance to help buyers see the potential in a prospective home purchase. My great-grandmother was an industry leader, becoming the President of the Texas Women's Council of REALTORS® and the Vice President of the National Women's Council of REALTORS®. Although she is driven to excel in her profession, Jaime strives for balance, practicing yoga, playing tennis, cooking, and traveling. She is interested in metaphysical disciplines, including astrology and numerology. As an Enneagram type 4, Jaime has an innate understanding of the needs and feelings of others. Her knack for imaginative and creative deep-thinking continues to benefit her clients, who from the outset of her career have called her a force and predicted her rapid rise in the Houston real estate establishment.

Rebecca is a sustaining member of the Junior League of Houston after a 10-year active membership that included volunteering at Texas Children's Hospital and the Holocaust Museum of Houston as well as various leadership roles. She also is an active volunteer at her children's school, St. Francis Episcopal Day School, and at First Presbyterian Church of Houston.
