Being deeply rooted in Houston I chose to practice real estate in my hometown. My interest to do so came from my background in education as well working as a case worker for the State of Texas. When Sophia isn't in the office or volunteering, you will find her saltwater fishing, traveling and spending time with her family and friends.

Keila Leal was born and raised in Houston, Texas. This has given her an opportunity to build an extensive network and form close relationships with local businesses and people. She became a real estate licensed agent in 2014 and has been recognized by Lions Gate Realty as an up and coming Top Realtor. She is experienced and covers all aspects of the North Houston market and surrounding areas including new construction, foreclosures and apartment locating. She has excellent communication skills and fluent in Spanish. Her understanding of the local community plays a critical role in finding that perfect home.

Melinda started her sales career selling advertising at the Houston Chronicle. She has continued rising and carried over her success in the real estate industry. Melinda uses her experience and foresight to proactively address details before they become a problem.

Besides spending time with homebuyers, Melinda stays very involved in her community while volunteering at West University Elementary, Pin Oak Middle School, and Strake Jesuit High School. She is active in West University Little League Auxiliary and is a sustaining member of the Junior League of Houston. Melinda is a graduate of Texas State University at San Marcos and holds a Bachelors Degree in Advertising with a Minor in Marketing.
