These professional opportunities opened windows into the real estate investment domain, expanding her analytical and advisory horizons into the niche market of short-term rentals. Owning rental properties of her own, Katy educates and counsels clients by keeping data and research at the center, integrating her personal experience and instinct to deliver an authentic, versatile experience. Empathy informs her approach to each relationship; she knows what to communicate and when, organically ensuring clients from start to finish. Steve Johnston has been a licensed agent for just four and a half years, but his experience in the industry includes 35 years as a financial executive in the homebuilding, real estate development and mortgage industries. Steve is a long time resident of the Houston area and attended Cy Fair High School before getting his Business degree with a major in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin.
Steve is a client first focused agent, helping families and individuals find their perfect home and maximizing their values when selling their home. As a long term Houstonian, Steve is an expert in the Houston market. He is known for his honesty, integrity, professionalism and treating clients like friends and family.

Martha is a Texas native and a realtor based out of Cypress-Fairbanks. Her passion in real estate, begun while she started working as an admin for real estate companies in 2012. She loves helping people realize their dream home. She has also worked as a Spanish interpreter. In that role, she was sensitized to different cultures of Latin America. Her enthusiasm to help, her ability to relate and her trustworthiness sets her apart. She has a wonderful family, two children and a wonderful husband who is from India. That also gives her a keen understanding of Indian/South Asian cultures. One of her hobbies among many is cooking Indian food. As a Hispanic American who is now married to an Indian, gives her a unique perspective of the value of diversity in American society which has enriched Houston and America.

Friends and colleagues highlight Margarita Jacobs' communication and problem-solving skills as some of her biggest strengths, noting her fine-tuned attention to detail. Margarita is especially familiar with her Bellaire neighborhood, in addition to West University, the Medical Center, Tanglewood (and the Galleria area), and River Oaks, in addition to other Inner Loop locales. She moved to Houston from Belarus (Russia) at the age of four. Her parents serve as an inspiration, and their story "exemplifies all that is good about the American dream." A Texan at heart, Margarita didn't stray far from Houston, earning a Finance degree from McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin, where she was also a member of Alpha Kappa Psi. After five years in consulting and financial analysis, Margarita chose to pursue a career in real estate because "I enjoy the human interaction and I know that success is defined by results." She adds, "What makes this job special to me is that it's not about finding a house-it's about finding a home."

Conversational in Russian and Hebrew, Margarita lives with her husband, Mike, and dog, Toby. Her hobbies include travel, the arts, tennis, and working out. Active in her community, she is a regular volunteer at Texas Children's Hospital. "Bringing joy to any child is a gift in itself, especially a child whose life has taken a step back."

As a third generation Houstonite, Morgan loves the rich history and diverse neighborhoods of the greater Houston area. After completing her education with a degree in history and classics from the University of Texas, and a law degree from the University of Houston, it was a natural decision to put down roots in Houston. After eight years of navigating the most competitive and challenging markets many buyers and sellers have ever seen, Morgan is well equipped to help clients strategize for the most effective transaction and the greatest financial result possible. Unique properties throughout her career have helped her explore creative techniques for even the most challenging of listings and buyer needs. Applying her legal education and creativity, Morgan prides herself on putting her heart in to every Client's success. When she is not immersed in helping her clients, Morgan enjoys playing polo, and bird hunting with her Gordon setter. She is an active gardener and is heavily invested in the maintenance of Bayou Bend, a project and iconic Houston landmark her own grandmother worked on with Ima Hogg.
