Hello....My name is Daniel Salce, most people pronounce it "Salsa". I am a KATY, TEXAS Native and a 10 Year Real Estate Veteran! I have spent my entire life here and remember when Katy was rice fields and dirt bike trails to keep me busy as far as the eyes could see. That being said, there really isn't one area of Katy and surrounding Houston area that I am unfamiliar with. All that being said, the Houston Metroplex has been my life with stints in California for fun. I have sold and listed homes as far as Galveston to Madisonville and the East side to Cat Spring, TX.

I am a native Houstonian, married to a Bostonian, a self-confessed mama's girl who loves sports, is a little too competitive when it comes to playing fantasy sports that is a proud "big dog" mom, and I have cat that looks like Garfield.

While I am relatively new to real estate, I am experienced in building relationships as I spent ten years at my husband's side working with him in his personal matchmaking service. Naturally, relationships are incredibly important to me, and I believe in the importance of listening to and hearing my clients. Along with my husband, I serve as an usher at our church, St. Michael's Catholic Church, and our charity of choice for the last twenty years has been Child Advocates, Inc. where we both have participated in a myriad of Special Projects and I serve as a Court Appointed Advocate. I am also on the Board of the Harris County Child Abuse Task Force. My family and I will always be committed to the children of our community who need a voice.

Manuel was born and raised in Houston, TX. He is a proud alumnus of The University of Texas at Austin, where he graduated with a B.A. in Government, and minor in Economics. After graduating he moved to Houston and began his career in Financial Services where he helped clients achieve their financial goals. It was during this time that Manuel learned the value of listening to his clients needs and wants and being able to provide appropriate solutions . After several years of working in the financial services Manuel decided to make a career change. For the next several years Manuel worked with at-risk youths and their families. He provide assistance for families with programs ranging from drop out prevention to drug prevention. Although both rewarding careers, Manuel's true passion was Real Estate. In 2011 Manuel decided to obtain his Real Estate license and bring his training to help families achieve their dream of homeo wnership. For the past 3 years he has helped families buy, sell, and lease their homes throughout the Houston Metro Area. Manuel lives in Northeast Harris county with his wife and three children, Manuel, Alejandra and Gael.
