Heather came highly recommended by my daughter in law who on the other side of the table from Heather during a previous home purchase. From the outset, I had a highly satisfying experience with Heather on both the sale of my residence (west side of Houston) and the subsequent move to the Houston Heights. I could not imagine the process going any better. Heather seamlessly navigated the showing, negotiations, and sale and we closed within 30 days. Heather also helped me with the pack up and move out by giving me recommendations on a mover, consignment seller, and junk hauler. Most importantly she helped me find a perfect property to settle into. I unconditionally recommend Heather. She is a fantastic agent and is a true expert in the field. Heather is the fifth real estate agent we've worked with in the past 10 years and was by far the best. She is very responsive, patient, and fun a person to have with you on a house tour. Our search was pretty long, and we had a few strongly-held ideas on what we were looking for that Heather put up with and worked to achieve. She listened to what we were looking for from her and let us go about the process in our own way. I would definitely use Heather again and recommend her highly.

We feel so incredibly lucky that we found Heather to help us with our home hunt in Houston. We do not know the area and are from out of town, and are first time homebuyers. We were wary of working with someone who would not have our best interests at heart. Heather is the OPPOSITE. From the moment we met Heather she was authentic in her interest in getting to know us and truly understand what we were looking for. She was always patient as we fluctuated and changed our minds. Heather was NEVER pushy and never self-interested. She really made us feel like she genuinely cared and would take care of us, which is exactly what she did—from tirelessly sourcing homes for us that were very aligned with our taste, to helping us evaluate and inspect the home we actually bought, to supporting us through the negotiations and documents, all the way through to finally seeing the home for the first time and closing. We felt like Heather was a true partner in the process. We would absolutely recommend her and would 100% work with her again.
