“Mariam was a fantastic realtor and knows the market well. She worked with us during the craziest time in the market when listings would go same-day. It was chaotic, but she powered through to help us find a home. We ultimately decided to rent instead of buy. Unrelated to Mariam, our experience with our landlord at 3801 Oberlin has been a nightmare. They are a first-time landlord with no property management maintenance experience, have entered the property without advance notice, and cut landscaping services we pay for in the lease. Additionally, this landlord has made personal attacks calling us entitled, demanding, and unpleasant. This is no fault of Mariam, but if the market wasn t so hectic when we were looking I wish we could have vetted our landlord more thoroughly so we would have a more seasoned professional managing maintaining our property.”
