Gregg was excellent. Keen eye for details around the house that need to be fixed up before showing. Great attention to detail when it comes time to move through the paperwork. Great sounding board for bouncing ideas when it comes time to negotiating. I felt in control and well informed every step of the way! Greg M

Gregg Engle is kind, honest and knowledgeable. He is professional and easy going, great to with in any real estate transactions. I appreciate Gregg looking after clients, not just seeing the commission. A pleasure to work with. I will definitely ask Gregg to be my representative again in the future and highly recommend him!

Gregg is a very experienced, knowledgeable realtor with a diverse background which complements his ample people skills well! Especially his years in home construction, renovation, and handyman work add to his successful ability to stage and market homes whether new or old. Gregg has a very "people-oriented" approach to real estate, and provides a pleasant, hands-on experience for the seller. He is open to contract and listing terms that benefit the client as well as the realtor. I would highly recommend meeting with Gregg about his realtor services...especially if you live anywhere near The Heights, Oak Forest, Garden Oaks, or Timbergrove Manor! Steve B.

My wife and I met Gregg purely by happenstance after what had already been a long but fruitless search for a new home in an incredibly competitive market. By that point, we had already become accustomed to a generic sales pitch from what seemed like fungible realtors. Gregg was different, however. In addition to his extensive real estate expertise, Gregg’s background as a home builder gives him unique insight into evaluating potential homes, a process which all too often can favor style over substance. With that in mind, we started to contact Gregg for private showings, and eventually retained him as our agent. Several months later, we are getting ready to move into the house that Gregg helped us buy. A crew of workers—who Gregg arranged for us—are finishing the renovations we needed. The same crew, under Gregg’s direction, helped us to touch up our previous house when we were ready to put it on the market. Gregg sold that house for us. It was on the market less than a week. Those accomplishments speak for themselves; they’re enough to earn anyone a five-star review. However, I would review Gregg higher if I could because the results don’t fully reflect the road it took to get there: the anxiety of coming up with an offer that’s competitive in this wild market, or the frustration of having that offer rejected. Throughout all that turbulence, Gregg was always a stabilizing force, always a great realtor, but also a kind, decent person, and a friend. We are very grateful to Gregg, and incredibly glad we found him.

Gregg was amazing!! When we decided to sell our home we had no idea where to begin. He gave us step by step instructions on what to do and he even did a few of the things himself. We were very limited on time to do tasks and he stepped in where needed, and already had help lined us for us to complete any tasks that were left. We are so thankful for all his hard work and will definitely call him again when we’re ready to buy our new home.
