Five stars to Grace Reutzel for her help in selling our beach house (Surfside Beach, TX) in Mar-2024. Grace did an outstanding job as our realtor, giving us very professional help on getting the highest sales price. She is smart, insightful, and efficient, and was as thoughtful, engaged, and committed as if it were her own house. She was also very helpful in negotiating some of the trickier aspects of negotiations. This was the second beach house Grace helped us to sell (previous sale was in Oct-22), and she did an outstanding job on both. Can't say enough good things about her...best rec I can give is that if we were to need a realtor for other business in Surfside, we would hire Grace in a heartbeat.

What can I say? We love Grace! She is the best at what she does, highly skilled in real estate, extremely knowledgeable in all things Surfside & surrounding areas. We’ve had the pleasure of purchasing multiple properties and didn’t hesitate to have Grace represent us each time. Definitely will do so again in the future. Grace (and Jimmy) are great folks, wonderful people to deal with, both during and after the transaction. Grace was an excellent agent and helped us get to the know area well. She was available anytime despite being a holiday weekend and at very short notice. The process for closing was easy and clear despite being a first time home buyer. I would definitely call Grace and Jimmy again for any real estate need!

We are so thankful for Land Shore Realty selling our home. The news was full of people saying the market was slowing down and I was getting worried. They helped us determine how best to prepare the home for the market, then they got to work! It didn’t take long at all and we had multiple offers. Everything about working with them was professional, but warm and personal. I could tell how important my happiness and peace was… and also how important integrity is to them. Highly recommend!

Grace Reutzel (Land Shore Realty Group) is the best realtor I’ve had the pleasure to meet! She was very knowledgeable about the home I purchased and went above and beyond to help me. She always returned my calls and met me several times at the house to answer questions and show it to my friends and family. She provided me with names for financing and walked me through the whole process. She is a very friendly and kind person that makes you feel welcome. Thank you Grace for making this such an easy transaction! I highly recommend her and will be using her in the future to sell my previous home!
