Gaye and Steve Watkins are extremely familiar with Bentwater and made us feel so comfortable! They teased out what features were really essential to our decision making. When we found the perfect home, they promptly set up the walkthrough, helped us make an appealing offer, and provided much needed advice during inspections and negotiations. Even after the sale, they have continued to help us navigate the POA and identify trusted contractors and service providers. Team Watkins is personal, professional, knowledgeable, direct, and communicative - and have provided quite a few laughs too! If you are looking for a home in the Montgomery or Lake Conroe areas, you should really consider them.

Gaye did an amazing job getting us priced right to the point where our home sold within four hours of being listed - and over asking price. Would highly recommend Gaye and Steve (who did a great job with photos, drone footage, and virtual tour). Smooth, stress-free experience!

Gaye and Steve were patient in helping us find our dream home. Once we did they were on top of everything to help us make the deal go smoothly! And it did! I 10/10 recommend and would use them again. Gay and Steve are also organized and connected. Steve was especially helpful during the inspection process because he has personal experience in the home building industry. You can trust these two!! :)

Gaye and Steve Watkins did a great job guiding us through the process of selling our home as well as, our second home. Both homes sold very quickly and they were very knowledgeable in all aspects of the real estate market and the transaction process. Gaye and Steve Watkins gave us prompt and focused attention as we looked for a house in Bentwater. They listened to our needs and wants in a house. They shared with us real estate prices, sales in Bentwater, current listings, time on the market and sales trends. They gave us their evaluation concerning maintenance issues, motivated seller and other pertinent items and issues. They also reviewed the structural resale issues of each house we were interested in. They identified repair concerned and even gave us names for tradesmen who could do the work. We would definitely consider Gaye and Steve for any future real estate transaction.
