I was referred to Funmi by my sister Stephanie. She truly advocates for her clients and does her best to ensure that the client is getting the best deal possible. She was very patient with me and a rare quality that I saw in her was her ability to see me as a person. Sometimes, agents become so focused on getting the client to the finish line that they pressure the client. Funmi was far from that. Funmi advocated well and protected my interests. She is very knowledgeable about the market. She took the time to explain key processes and paperwork involved in home buying. I had to close on the home remotely. She ensured the house was adequately inspected and all issues found during the inspection were fixed prior to closing. She was readily available to answer any questions I had. She went far and beyond to ensure that the home buying process went smoothly.

I absolutely love working with Funmi. I'm so glad I was referred to her by my agent in California. Funmi flawlessly helped my family and I make our transition from Los Angeles to Houston. There was no time where I felt like she did not have our best interest at heart. Funmi actively listened to our wants and needs from the beginning and went above and beyond to find what we were looking for. From video chatting with us during open houses to flawlessly pivoting when our timeline changed Funmi never missed a beat. Funmi does a beautiful job in providing sound advice without being overbearing, pushy, or interjecting her own personal opinion. I completely trust Funmi because she delivers in every aspect. She is an excellent negotiator and fights for her clients. Funmi understands the in and outs of home buying - from the logistics side of things to the emotional rollercoaster this process brings. I chose Funmi as my real estate agent because a friend recommended her. As a first-time buyer, I did not know where to start, but I felt understood and accompanied since my very first meeting with Funmi. She was very thorough in her explanations and made sure that I understood how the process was going to be. She answered all my questions and gave me a guide summarizing the house-buying process. I ask what certain words meant, and she always explain until I understood! She also gave me some recommendations of loan agents that offered me good rates (a big plus!). Once the home-search started, Funmi made sure that I stayed within my budget and my original plans (important, since it is easier to get impressed by a nice house and jump to it). I ended up buying a new construction house in a neighborhood that she recommended. During the building process, she guided me, and supervised the construction the entire time. I cannot emphasize how important her support was for me. As things got a little bit complicated before closing, Funmi was there for me to advise and support me. I felt accompanied the entire time. Once the deal was closed, she celebrated with me the purchase and followed up for any questions I had. After almost one year of my purchase, I can say that I am so lucky to have found Funmi for the home-buying process. I am so fortunate to feel confident enough to call her to chat and to share how life is going. In summary, if you are looking for someone who goes beyond being just a realtor, choose Funmi, and you will find someone to support you more than you can imagine.

Where do I began with Funmi …… let’s just start by saying hands down she is the greatest realtor in the Houston area!!! She’s very knowledgeable about the market and will go over, above and beyond to satisfy her clients!! She is the best!! If you do have her as your realtor, you are surely missing out!!! Can’t thank her enough
