She established a non-profit agency, Living Well College (LWC), in 2004 to serve adults with developmental disabilities in the Fredericksburg community. Later, as volunteer coordinator for the local hospice program, she expanded the LWC services and continues to support their ongoing initiatives. In 2007, Catherine graduated from the Gillespie County Leadership program, then served two years as President of the Fredericksburg Middle School Parent Teacher Organization, and she has also served on the Executive Board of Habitat for Humanity of Greater Fredericksburg. Professionally, Catherine serves on the Texas Real Estate Political Action Committee, was President of Central Hill Country Board of Realtors in 2013 and is active on the local Board of Realtors. Catherine has put her talents and concerns to work in her real estate profession, which she sees as her life's work and a natural extension of her community activities. Brittney moved to Texas in 2011 after obtaining her Bachelor's degree in Clothing, Textiles & Design from The University of Idaho. Born and raised in the great state of Texas, Missy is thrilled to now live in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. Before moving to Fredericksburg, she spent her childhood in Houston and raised her family in Austin. After finishing her BBA, she ventured to New Orleans where she met her husband and returned with him back to her hometown. After retiring from the corporate world to raise their two girls, Missy became active as a volunteer at the girls' school and extracurricular activities. Upon becoming an empty nester, and before entering the real estate profession full time, she most recently helped non-profit artists receive funding through the Cultural Arts Division of the Economic Development Department in Austin.
Being the daughter of a commercial builder, Missy feels as if she belongs in real estate. And over the past three decades, she has actively purchased and improved properties, bringing them to a more useful and beautiful condition. A passion for this industry & falling head over heels in love with the beautiful Texas Hill Country naturally led me to become a licensed Realtor in Texas.
Emaly has the rare advantage and distinction of having worked in the real estate industry for a number of years beginning when she was 20 years old. She quickly grasped the overall process having been an underwriter, loan funder, loan officer, assistant branch manager, and Realtor in both Florida and Texas.
Being an only child of itinerant Army parents, she has lived in Georgia, Missouri, Texas, Virginia, Hawaii and Germany. The constant upheaval every few years into uncharted territory gave her the opportunity to explore a variety of communities, be exposed to different cultures, make lifelong friends and above all, understand the significance of moving out of a home and creating a new one. Emaly's grandparents moved to Fredericksburg in 1985, which became the 'go-to' destination for weekend trips and summer vacations. In 2008, the town became her home.
