Kathy Dierker has lived and worked in Fort Worth for 40 years. She and her husband, Charlie, raised their four children here and are very active in the community. Kathy served as a nurse for 33 years and loved it, finishing her nursing career as School Nurse at R.L. Paschal High School. She became a Realtor in 2015 and has been a Top 10 Producer at Alexander Chandler Realty since transitioning to real estate. She has carried many qualities from nursing into her real estate career — investing in people, paying careful attention to detail, and employing excellent communication skills. Kathy is active in the Fort Worth Women's Club, Bible Study Fellowship, Academy 4, and the Mistletoe Heights Historic Committee. She also keeps her hand in Nursing by working in the First Aid Room at the annual Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo, which is great fun and a valuable community endeavor. She and her husband lead the Ascend College Ministry at their church, St. Paul Lutheran, in downtown Fort Worth. They love spending time with their children and grandchildren. As an active member of the National Association of Realtors and the Fort Worth Association of Realtors, Kathy specializes in residential real estate, serving the entire DFW Metroplex and surrounding areas. She enjoys working with buyers and sellers, and takes pride in offering timely responses to all clients, finely tuned marketing plans, and strong negotiation skills. Her clients receive professionalism, integrity, and honesty in every transaction. A lifelong learner, Kathy regularly seeks out continuing-education opportunities to hone her skills and become more competitive in this fast-paced market. Angel is an experienced REALTOR® serving the Dallas-Fort Worth Area. She is a smooth negotiator that brings creative strategies to each and every transaction. Combining integrity, market and community knowledge, and the passion to fight for her clients needs are key to her continued success. Angel is also a certified Military Relocation Professional and Certified in Real Estate Negotiations. When she is not serving her real estate clients, she spends time with those she holds dear: her husband Michael, her two children Savannah and Tyler, and bonus daughter Carly. Her and her family spend time volunteering with Special Olympics and various other places in their community when time permits. Prior to being in real estate, Angel was a special education teacher at the Hurst-Euless-Bedford Independent School District. She holds a Bachelor of Science from University of North Texas, where she graduated cum laude. She grew up in Whitehouse, Texas, and has been living in the DFW area since 1995 and is knowledgeable and passionate about all there is to offer in the thriving communities throughout the Metroplex.

Leigh York is a third generation real estate licensee. She grew up around real estate agents and builders. Leigh loves real estate and is extremely passionate about quality education to other agents and associations… And while it may seem that Leigh lives and breaths real estate, she is also the consummate lover of Cabernets – the dryer the better, has an obsession with dark chocolate, adores her very large dog Suzie, is an avid rider of roller coasters, and has a love affair with Randy her husband of 20 years. Leigh is an agent, broker and previously a general manager as well. Leigh is passionate and enthusiastic about the real estate industry. Her service to the real estate industry is extensive (yes pages of service!) however lets just say her love of the industry shows through her volunteerism. Over the years Leigh has served on numerous state, local and national association of REALTORS® Committees and is currently a member of the Broker/Lawyer Committee for the Texas Real Estate Commission. She is most recently the recipient of the award for Instructor of the Year, 2014 Texas Association of REALTORS. Her classes are informative, interactive and high energy.
