“First and foremost, we would give Evelyn 15 stars out of 5. Evelyn is amazing and earned 15 stars with us. She was referred to us by a close friend and exceeded every expectation that we had and then some. We shared our preferences with Evelyn and gave her a list of homes that we liked. We were on a very tight timeline with the sale of my house. Evelyn actually listened to everything we shared, kept that info in mind as she worked with us and rose to the challenge!! This is something that is seemingly hard to find these days. An exceptional quality in a realtor!!! She did a great job of using the list of homes that we provided to her and her own searches to add more possibilities to be considered, all that met our preferences. She was open, honest and helpful with regard to requirements and things that are considered in the application process including hurdles that we'd face (and she was right there with us as we went thru the process). She scrubbed the list of homes that we wanted to see to remove any that didn't fit, didnt except pets etc. Wow, she even made pre-showing calls to the other agents to confirm that they would consider our credit related situation and checked if pets were allowed for the listings that didn't specify either way. Everything she did before we toured the homes was awesome. The pre-showing work she did allowed us to tour homes that presented the best opportunity of accepting our application.
