Overall an amazing experience with our realtor Dustin! He provided us with his expertise allowing for a seamless buying experience. Took us all over to ensure we were choosing the right home for us. He made us feel so welcome to Texas, and to our new home. We will always be grateful for how personable he was to us, and for all the help he provided in understanding every step of the process. Cannot say enough of him and the company. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Do yourself a favor and go with the Compean Group! These guys are incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and polished. From the beginning stages of looking to sell our home, to remodeling our home, to staging to listing... these guys were an incredible help the entire way. Specifically, Nikki Richmond was very instrumental in helping me with finalizing my design finishes - and providing personal and professional opinions. And anyone who has been in the midst of remodeling will know, that after a while everything becomes a blur, so having another person to help choose options is a weight off the shoulders. Plus they are both genuinely nice to work with! While every homeowner needs to stay on top of their own market to really know their home selling needs, these guys will help make the process that much easier on you. I had the pleasure of working with Dustin from the Compean Group on a new build purchase. Upon our first meeting, we noticed right away that he has great attention to detail. He provided sound guidance and was our voice when communicating with the builder. Most importantly, he negotiated an outstanding deal on our forever home. Back in March of 2023 I was looking to move to Galveston, TX from California and did a random search for a realtor and found Dustin. Dustin is an outstanding realtor and made the purchase process so easy. He went above and beyond the call of service and drove an hour to Galveston to scout it out for me and sent pics and video before I got into town and then mapped out a tour of about half a dozen homes for me to look at. He referred me to a really great title company and kept me in the loop throughout the process. This was the easiest home purchase I've ever had. He's responsive and just a delight to spend time. He has officially become my favorite and "go to" realtor. Thanks Dustin!
