“I can’t say enough great things about Erin! She helped me buy a house in Cypress, and I have never worked with a more savvy, professional, effective, and simply nice real estate agent. Erin is always prepared. She suggested many properties that met both my explicit requirements as well as “wants” that I didn’t mention, but that she somehow knew I would like. She came to every showing not just with the information available from the listing, but with the sales history of the property, plusses and minuses relative to my requirements, and insight about the seller’s side from her conversation with the listing agent. She does her homework! She provides sound negotiating advice. Erin produced comps on every property I was seriously interested in, and provided realistic estimates of the fair market value of each property, the price it would likely appraise at, and the price range the seller would likely accept. The negotiating decisions were always up to me, but I was confident in moving forward with her great advice. She also takes her fiduciary responsibility very seriously, as I saw when she advised against pursuing a property that would have been a mediocre decision for me, even though it would have sealed her commission versus continuing a search that might not have yielded anything. Once we were under contract, Erin really shined. She had excellent follow through with me, my title company, my finance person, and the seller’s agent. When some significant challenges arose while under contract, she was largely responsible for saving the deal and allowing the transaction to close. And if all this weren’t enough, she’s a genuinely nice person. She’s someone whose name makes you smile when it shows up on your caller ID. She’s someone I want to work with on my next transaction not just for the results, but for the experience as well. ”
