I had a great experience with Eric Nelson and his team. When I was looking to sell my house I wanted someone to advise me and steer me in the right direction. Eric had a strategy from the beginning. When he saw our house was ready he pushed me to list right away even though I wasn't sure I was ready. But he was right, instead of living in clean, staged home for a month, we listed right away and sold our house quickly. We did hit a few bumps but Eric was always with us. I highly recommend Eric, Erica and their team!

I had the opportunity to work with Erica & Eric from The Bayou City team, and it completely exceeded my expectations! I wish I had found them earlier in my process of searching for a retail space. Their knowledge, connections, and attention to detail was impeccable and they were incredibly active throughout the process - allowing me to focus on my day-to-day work. Their insight into this market was evident by their ability to identify listings that neither I or others knew were even available.
