“Emma del Frate was wonderful. She went so far above and beyond, I can't even list it all here. I inherited a beautiful old house that needed some fundamental work before selling, and Emma connected me with a good, honest, dependable contractor (which alone is worth a lot). From the time I started preparing the house for sale, through the closing date, we had to deal with the City tearing up and replacing the sidewalks, the gas company replacing a line and tearing up the brand-new sidewalk (!!!), then turning off the gas and requiring a person to show up to allow them to turn it on again (giving a window of, "sometime between 8 am and 8 pm"), an outdoor water pipe exploding on Christmas Eve (!!!), and more. I live in a different city, and in all of these situations, Emma showed up to save the day. She met the gas company rep, she met the appraiser, she met the plumber on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, and she worked with my tenants in the auxiliary unit re gas and water issues. She even opened the house for the piano movers, saving me an extra 3-hour drive each way. The list goes on. I am deeply grateful to Emma for all she did. It was an extremely stressful time for me, and Emma was empathetic while I was in mourning, and helpful throughout the entire months-long process of cleaning out and preparing the house for sale. I highly recommend her.”
