The Gonzalez Legacy Group is amazing. I worked with Hilda as my realtor. We visited almost 30 homes in 2 weeks. It took 1 month from meeting Hilda and Elisa to closing on my home. They were able to negotiate the house from $315,000 down to $300,000 with $4000 in seller concessions and a $3000 fridge. Hilda was really focused on my wants and needs rather than getting the sale. Overall it was a wonderful experience and would recommend them to everyone!

As a new realtor, I attended an open house that Elisa and Rene hosted. Not only were they very knowledgeable about the house, the property and the community, they were willing to share their knowledge about the process of showing and conducting open houses. This speaks to their servant approach to realty. I highly recommend them and look forward to working with them in the future!

From the beginning the Gonzalez Group went above and beyond what I was expecting. This is the 6th house that I have sold and I have not had a better experience. Thanks Elisa, Rene and Alex. Let's start with the Sales/ Marketing. The plan was presented and followed to perfection. Using professional photography for the online presentation, to open houses (even enlisting another KW group to showcase the property) was top notch. You couldn't but know there was an open house happening with the signage in the area. Every Monday morning I received a weekly update explaining showings not only of my house but comps in the area. A contract was executed after the first open house with the eventual sales. The comforting thing that there was always a buyer waiting to step up if anything unforeseen happened) Next, the dreaded Inspection Report (a sellers worst fear). The team explained in detail each point and explained if this was a concern or a standard issue of a home of this age, Offered to engage skilled craftsmen for any repairs required. With strong negotiation, a fair settlement for both parties was reached in a matter of hours and no repairs were required. Last but not least, Blanca the Sales Administrator. Handled all of our correspondence flawlessly. Anytime I had a question or concern she answered immediately or contacted the Sales Team. My overall experience with the Gonzalez Team was top notch. A very professional and personable group. The best recommendation that I can make is I would use the Gonzalez Group to sell another property if the occasion arises.

During a time when it has been incredibly difficult to purchase a home, Elisa Gonzalez helped my husband and I through the process as first time home buyers. She ensured we understood the paperwork we were signing and that we were happy with the closing terms. She has even gone above and beyond by taking time out of her schedule to help us apply for homestead exemption. We are grateful for her expertise and wholeheartedly recommend her if you’re in the market for purchasing a home.

What can I say ...other than these are the most amazing people someone looking to buy a house or sell a house, can possibly work with. We had the pleasure to work with Elisa and Rene Gonzalez in our selling and purchasing of our home. Although they are very professional, we felt they put our needs, kindness and respect, first. They treating us as more than just work. They truly treated us like family. Most definitely would not do this with anyone else.
