How to NOT Practice Law Using Commercial & Residential Forms
As a general rule, licensed salespersons and brokers are exceedingly cautious to not "practice law" when utilizing TAR Commercial forms. Yet, leases sometimes need to be altered and a licensee may need to "fill in the blank" or utilize the Special Provisions paragraph.
