As a first time home buyer, I was very anxious about the homebuying process. Eddie was great and calmed all of my worries within the first day of working with him. His confidence and knowledge set me at ease. Eddie kept me very organized throughout the process and anticipated every next step. Eddie was very helpful in helping us find our first home. He went over all the details thoroughly and didn’t leave out any hidden disclosures. He explained everything so well and was so efficient we were able to meet our deadline and get into a home in less than 3 months. When we went to viewings he pointed out things to watch out for and had extensive knowledge on the house and the area including if it’s in flood zones and insurance types that would be needed. Our particular situation restricted us to specific areas and we were still able to get a beautiful home for a fair price. Thank you Eddie for your patience for us first time owners!
