Dottie has helped us find multiple rental properties over the years and just helped us buy our first home! She was extremely knowledgeable of the area and provided key details to look out for during a first time home investment. Tom and Dottie’s construction and property management knowledge provided us with great insight into the true cost of repairs and improvements. Dottie was always on top of everything and available to show houses whenever we needed. She was an excellent negotiator and provided great contacts for inspections and maintenance. Dorothy with TEXdot is absolutely the best representative to have in your corner when buying or selling a home. I've used her services on multiple occasions and she always exceeds my expectations. Her negotiating style is firm but professional, her attention to detail and knowledge of both the real estate and construction industries is top-notch, and she works very hard for her clients. I would highly recommend TEXdot for any of your real estate needs!

I met Mr. Wanko by chance as he was repairing a neighboring fence. We is kind and easy to speak with and did a great job on that particular day. When he explained to me what he needed to do I felt a lot more comfortable with this stranger in my back yard. When he shows up the next day, we got to talking and figured out he could help me with other projects in my house. I contacted Mrs. Wanko and with her help we got things in motion and in no time at all my house was back in order. The price, timing and customer service are right on the button. Now a days it is hard to find good, honest, hard working people. TEXdot has restored my faith in good people and I will continue to rely on them in the future. If you need something done on your property, give them a call.

Dot and Tom helped us buy a "new" home and sell our previous home in 2018. Tom has done quite a lot of various small jobs of all sorts in both homes and I will continue to hire him in the future. They are very caring, honest people who try their hardest for their clients. Dot has yrs of realtor experience in this area and I was very appreciative of that. She knew which neighborhoods have homes with foundation issues for instance, good to know!

This company is honest and trustworthy! Tom did an excellent work on a couple of jobfor us and he most certainly exceed our expectations on the work that was done! We definitely will be using them again for future work. Highly recommend their services to everyone! Appreciate your hard work, and dedication to make sure we were happy with the jobs you completed!
