DJ had a challenge when he came to our house to get it prepared to sell. We had several rooms full of junk and even the living room and bedrooms were full of clutter that would have made them difficult to show. DJ has a method that he uses with everyone and even with our house he was successful in making a sale. We walked through the house and we prepared a list of things that had to be done before the house would be ready to present. It took me about a month of hard work. Most of the clutter went into one bay of our garages. As we got close to presenting, DJ prepared a preliminary link that we sent out to friends and family in order to create the illusion of interest in the house. We had a single open house with close to 15 families, and an offer. That offer turned out falling through but we continued to have 1-2 showings for the following week or two and within a week had another offer that was our final offer. The offer that was made was what we requested. Because DJ had gone through the house and anticipated what the inspectors would be looking for, we did not have any drop in price from the inspection. DJ told us that were sold for the third higher price/square foot in our region (based on houses without a pool). We really just wanted go get a reasonable price so we could retire and move. We weren’t trying to make top dollar for our house, but DJ did well for us, anyway. We are happy that we chose DJ for our realtor. He has a well-thought out system for preparing the house and a good marketing system for attracting customers once it is on the market.

She took our concerns and carefully curated a list of potential homes that fit our preferences. Over the course of several months, as we explored countless properties, her unwavering patience made the process enjoyable. Even after we had a contract, Elizabeth continued to provide support, reinforcing our confidence in this significant investment. Her expertise and unwavering commitment made the entire journey of finding our home much easier and enjoyable.

If you need a buyer's agent, Elizabeth is the absolute BEST agent and someone I would highly recommend to anyone and everyone I know! I had a complicated situation, moving from CA to TX, going through a separation, not being in TX part of time; however, none of this scared Elizabeth away. Instead, she was there for me from start to finish, and beyond, even after closing! From my first conversation with Elizabeth, she made me feel super comfortable and was eager to help. Before I could proceed, we needed to know some information from the underwriter and she got me the answer right away. Then we hit the ground running to find my new home (and she was super patient during this process). I thought I knew exactly where I wanted to search for homes and she recommended I look at a neighborhood I didn't even know existed, and guess what, that is where I found my new dream home!! Thanks to Elizabeth and her strong recommendation for a lender (Storehouse Mortgage), they accepted my offer. From inspections, to closing, Elizabeth was there every step of the way. Not only was Elizabeth super professional, understanding, knowledgeable, patient, and an amazing realtor all around, she also has amazing resources! I used her lender, inspector, contractor, cleaner, and every single resource has been 5 stars! Talk about one stop shop. You can not go wrong with Diamond Homes!

We worked with DJ and Elizabeth from Diamond Homes and I would highly recommend them. We first bought our new home, and Elizabeth stuck with us despite the fact that we were trying to navigate a difficult buying market. She worked with us well longer than I expected until we could find the right house, in the right location, at the right price. Elizabeth showed exceptional patience which allowed us to find the perfect home. We never once felt pressured to just make an offer, or make an offer higher than the market just to get a sale for her. We used DJ to sell our existing home, and quickly saw the difference between what he offered and the competition. DJ clearly did a more thorough job investigating the market, as well as identifying the right price. Every other realtor we met with recommended a sales price about 5% less than DJ, and we were certainly nervous going with a higher price because we were worried the home would not sell. Not only was DJ correct, but we actually sold for over listing. It was clear that marketing and sales of homes is not just a side project for DJ. He actively contacted anyone who saw the home, identified any concerns they had, and helped to bridge the gap with them. DJ actively drove the sales process, and I'm convinced that is what got us over asking in less time than I was expecting. I would certainly recommend using Diamond Homes based on my experience. Both DJ and Elizabeth were wonderful to work with.

DJ was very responsive. I had already moved to another state before the house was sold and DJ helped with an AC issue that came up. I never felt pressured to do anything I didn't want to and all of my questions were answered. I would recommend to a family member if I had to.
