“We had another realtor who was not marketing our house. It sat on the market from November 1st until January 18th. He made us feel like our house was a run down decrepit house that would not ever sell and we had SEVERELY over priced it. He would take days to respond back to messages and would get downright angry when we didn't agree with everything he said. Deeya listed our house on January 23rd. A tornado hit our house on January 24th and took part of the roof, siding, fence, and shed. I didn't want to show the house until it was fixed so it sat for 3 weeks. Deeya wanted to show the house still but I wouldn't do it. After her coaxing me saying that we might be losing the perfect buyer I went ahead and agreed to start showing again. The first buyer is the one who purchased our home. So really it only sat on the market for 2 days before we got a contract if you really think about it. Deeya always responded quickly to calls and messages and treated us like we had a million dollar mansion and she was so proud to sell it. A seller would be lucky to have Deeya as their realtor.
