“Deanna did an excellent job in selling my house. She went over the whole process before it went up for sale. The house needed quite a bit of construction on the inside and Deanna gave her suggestions needed to be done to make it sell the best. When the construction began, she checked on the contractors and kept me posted on the process. I live in South Carolina so all this was done over the phone, she kept me informed often. Then she did a big open house that attracted lots of prospects. Someone signed a contract in just a few days, but they backed out pretty quick, but Deanna kept things positive which really helped in the process. A couple days later someone else signed a contract. House closed 30 days later. The closing was a remote closing with a notar, I faced time with Deanna and she guided me through the entire closing. Working with Deanna was an excellent experience and if I'm looking for a house again in Houston she will be my to go to realtor, I will also recommend her to anyone that needs realtor assistance.
