“As a new home buyer it was pretty daunting deciding on who we were going to use as a realtor. We did our homework and narrowed it down to 5 that we had planned to perform a phone interview with but after conversing with Dawn for 10 minutes we knew we found the right person for us. Dawn was very upfront and candid in her responses and her upbeat personality shone through the phone conversation. We didn't even call the others on our list and decided on going with Dawn. Fast forward two months later and looking back it’s hard to imagine how we would have been able to close without her expertise and dogged determination. COVID certainly made a lot of things challenging but Dawn was there to make sure that the properties we wanted to see where available for us. She gave her frank assessments on all the properties that we viewed and what was so great was how she treated the process as if she was also buying the property herself. She had a great eye for detail and made sure to give us her recommendations. Where she proved to be absolutely invaluable though was in dealing with a very difficult seller’s agent who was unresponsive and downright rude. If we didn’t love the property, and it didn’t check off all the major requirements for us, we would have walked away several times. It was Dawn who had the difficult conversations and bore the brunt of dealing with this person. We closed on the property two weeks ago and we would recommend Dawn for your real estate needs with absolutely no reservations. ”
