Dawn is absolutely amazing! We would recommend her 10/10 times! Dawn is a wonderful communicator, she’s clear, well spoken, and very diligent. She helped us with a move from out of state and showed us properties both through FaceTime and through video messages, she went above and beyond to ensure we got the best feel for the area we were interested in. She was our advocate every step of the way and helped ensure we were well taken care of throughout all of our interactions. She can help with everything from recommendations for inspections, to negotiations with the owners, and more. Dawn made us feel like family, and still regularly reaches out just to say hello and check in on our family!

Dawn Madrid is an awesome realtor! She worked with us to find our perfect house on Galveston Bay. We started out looking in neighborhoods around League City, but ended up changing our minds and completely switching up our house search. Dawn was extremely patient. She was able to answer all of our questions and give us great advice. We will definitely use Dawn again should we need a realtor!

Dawn is absolutely amazing. She started out as just an agent to contact on a condo we saw for lease and ended up being our buying agent. Will definitely recommend her to everyone who asks if we “know a good realtor”. ❤️

Dawn literally walked me through the entire process. Even after closing! I will always use her as my realtor !! I 100% recommended Dawn! She will not stop until you find your home, get approved, then finally take that photo of you receiving your keys! She hands on all the way!!!
