David's an incredible realtor who really went the extra mile to find my dad the perfect home! We were kind of nervous when we started searching, especially since it was my dad's first house, but he took the time to hear our priorities and instantly put us at ease. He lined up tours for homes across Houston and gave great insights into build quality and neighborhood safety. Always unbiased and honest, we knew that he had our best interests at heart. If you're on the hunt for a new home, David's definitely the one to go to!

David is, without a doubt, the best realtor! Such honesty, care, attention to detail and knowledge of the market it is rare to find. I am new to Houston and don't know how I would have done it without David. He took care of EVERYTHING, from start to finish. He even provided me with a home to rent while waiting to find the perfect home to buy, which is not an easy task, considering that I brought a "zoo" with me. With David, I have found not only the best realtor but also a friend. Thank you, David, for helping me to make my "chapter 3 - life in Houston" a reality.
