Dakota and Caryn Fetterly have helped us buy and sell two properties in Houston and both transactions were handled with complete professionalism, and utmost diligent handling of issues that arose. Even with problems including buyer financing issues and questionable behavior from the buyer's real estate agent, Caryn and Dakota worked tirelessly through the weekend prior to closing to ensure the transaction completed. Caryn did a wonderful job staging the interior of the house and helping spruce up the exterior of the house and landscaping. Dakota rented out my townhouse in the The Woodlands. She did a phenomenal job. She found a renter after several applicants. The process went a lot faster than I expected. She did a great job marketing my home and gave great advice throughout the whole process. I was extremely impressed with Dakota’s work ethic and dedication. She was always available whenever I had a question or concern. Thank you for finding a renter so quickly. I will not hesitate to contact you in the future with any real estate need. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Dakota and Caryn went well beyond our expectations! Our house needed quite a few updates and they helped us find the right contractors to get the job done. Our house was only on the market for four days before we received the first offer and it was above list. We received more offers but went with the initial offer. The negotiations went very smoothly and quickly. There was one issue that came up after the inspection but they worked with us to get it taken care of quickly and at a reasonable cost. We can’t thank them enough! They are very professional, fantastic at what they do, and we would highly recommend them to anyone!

Our experience with Dakota was phenomenal! As first time home buyers Dakota was very helpful in showing us homes with the exact criteria we were looking for. She went above and beyond in every aspect to insure we were secure happy and confident with our decision. Her professional yet friendly nature makes for the perfect agent. We will definitely be choosing the Fetterly team again in the future and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an excellent agent that goes above and beyond!
